Below is an outline on everything you need to know about ESSENA returns & exchanges.
If for any reason your order is not right, we will happily refund or exchange any full priced items.
Items for refund or exchange must be returned within 14 days.
We only accept goods back that are unused, unwashed and in original condition, this includes tags and labels intact and still attached in a manner as produced by the manufacturer.
Any returned items that are received not in this state will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. In addition, we abide by the standard terms and conditions of the Australian consumer Law.

providing the following details -Your name and order number, the garment you wish to return, a brief description as to why you are returning the garment.
Return Method
We strongly recommend returns are sent via registered post or courier to ensure its securely received back to our team.
ESSENA FASHION will not be responsible for any items lost in transit. All returns must be packaged appropriately so the clothing is protected.
Delivery costs of the return are at your expense we will not provide a refund for any postage fees paid.
