    Shipping Refunds and Returns

    Exchange and Returns

    We offer a 100% peace of mind return policy. If you’re not 100% happy with your item we will refund or exchange the cost of your purchased item. Items for refund must be returned within 14 days. We will only accept goods back that are unused, unwashed and in original condition, this includes tags and labels intact and still attached in a manner as produced by the manufacturer.

    Any returned items that are received not in this state will not be accepted and will be returned to the customer. In addition, we abide by the standard terms and conditions of the Australian consumer law. If you do require a refund or exchange please email us at helen@essenafashion.com.au the parcel to us including the following details:

    Your name and order number, the garment/s you wish to return, a brief description as to why you are returning the garment. Refunds/Exchanges will be provided and processed upon receiving your return.

    Return Method

    We strongly recommend the retuned merchandise is sent via registered post or courier to ensure it is received by us. ESSENA FASHION will not be responsible for any items lost in transit. All returns must be packaged appropriately so the clothing is protected. Delivery costs of the return are at your expense we will not provide a refund for any postage fees paid.

    How much is postage and when will I receive my package?

    Postage is charged at a flat rate of $9.95. Delivery is anywhere within mainland Australia. Goods will be delivered via Australia Post, please allow 7 business days to receive your order. If you do not receive your goods after 7 business days please contact us at helen@essenafashion.com.au
